Social Capital Development Foundation

was founded in 2002 (under the name "Talizman") by two Founders: Kimberly D. Reed, American, lawyer in international law council Hogan & Hartson and Simon Mwenda Trappes-Lomax. Kimberly embraced function first CEO and actively guided Foundation end 2007. 

In its first years (2002-2008) Foundation focused on supporting rural inhabitants Poland, passing gathered material help (more information: Material Aid Program.) Since 2008 Foundation implemented new program Energy Transfer supporting Small Rural Schools evolve their educational potential and infrastructure. Ultimately striving to inspire local organizations either persons chairing such schools to develop in the direction of Rural Development Centers.

At FRKS we believe that the key to success is an ability to search and apply knowledge (often accessible at no cost) in places which possess potential but lack tools in its utilization.
