specifically on small villages and other non-urban areas throughout

Minimum cost. From 2002 to 2007, we distributed goods worth PLN 3
495 715.95 with an administration cost of a mere 3,60%.
Members of the Talizman Council and Honorary Committee
are working professionals & are not paid for their services. We know how to
keep costs at bay.

Transparency. All reports (including financial) are available on-line on our
webpage. Anyone may view records of our past donations and distributions. We
can tell you exactly where your monetary donation has been spent and for what
purpose.
