Our CSR Model
Since its inception the Foundation started to work with companies. Thanks to that we are learning to act fast, in an effective manner and cut costs whereever possible, giving in return to our Corporate Partners the opportunity to participate in social activities carried out rationally. Creating joint projects we guide we follow several principles:
1. Full transparency and reporting of the Foundation activities.
Foundation Partners always receive full and detailed reports of granted funds or items, together with photographs, numbers and copies of accounting documents. Upon request, the report may be published on the Foundation webpage. On our website www.frks.pl in the Foundation/Statements section we publish all reports required by law since the inception of the Foundation.
2. Cooperation tailored to the needs and capabilities of both sides
Financial resources are not always necessary, yet they form a basis of our operations. Sometimes capital donations are also needed such as computers or professional services such us legal advice. Exposing public collection "piggy banks" in the office during the Chirstmass or purchase of Christmas Cards is also an important help. We are happy to engage in our activities employees so they can volunteer and feel that their actions can also contribute to real change.
3. Responsibility and long-term cooperation that brings real results
More important then the amount of payments is the regularity. PLN 50 donation transfered each month allows us to plan better our activities, which will not bring a one-time effect, but will allow a real change in people's lives.
